and return it to us. Be sure to indicate Size and Color where appropriate. If
our purchase is a gift, please include the recipient's shipping address and mark
which items go to that address.
Gift Certificate:
Cedar Mountain
offers printed gift certificates from our catalog in denominations of $10 and
up. If you wish to give a gift certificate, please send us the name and address
of the recipient, and we will mail it in your name if requested.
Returns and Exchanges:
We offer a one
year warranty on our drums, rattles, beaters, and talking/walking sticks unless
the product has been damaged due to neglect. We do repair items—please call to
find out if item is repairable. We will exchange all other undamaged items of
same value or give store credit within 30 days of purchase. If you choose to
return a Cedar Mountain Drum product, please include a copy of the invoice you
received with your original shipment. Indicate clearly the reason for the
return. Then send the package securely wrapped and pre-paid to the address
shown below.

requested and made. Delivery is usually 3-8 business days. For faster delivery,
we can ship your order by first or second day air, at an additional charge.
